Orders & Shipping

All orders are shipped from within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may arrive separately.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

 

Product Questions

We carefully select products that are practical, well-reviewed, and beginner-friendly.

Our goal is to make gardening feel more approachable—everything we carry is something we’d use ourselves to build a space we actually enjoy spending time in.

 

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped and we cannot guarantee changes.

 

Payments & Security

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Your payment information is processed securely—we do not store or have access to your payment details.
